12 Days of Christmas Event: Day 5

On the 5th day of Christmas my crafty friends gave to me.......

Hello everyone I'm participating in the 12 days of christmas blog event for ohlalavintagetreasures hosted by Patti & Doreen... I was to pick a categories, the categories are Christmas decorating tips, crafts, gift ideas, or creative baking. All the projects should be in a vintage or shabby chic style ( except for baking).  So, I ending up pick craft. I made a christmas banner for my grandmother and I love how it came out. here are the items I use for my banner...
chipboard
tim holtz baroque die
dcwv paper (the ballet stack)
martha stewart score board
lace and trims for my
glitter chipboards
ribbon
small flowers
 burlap
I cut the chipboard with my baroque die and bigshot. glue on the paper add lace around the baroque. I use my MS score board to make my paper flower for the middle & flower lace with the chipboard letter.  I cut out some die cut from the paper stack and add them with popdots.then to hange the banner i use ribbon..

  8. Thanks for sharing your rolled roses with us, I have only done them with Cricut spirals. I just picked up a 50 year old dictionary at Salvation Army store last week, it will make A LOT of roses, I'm sure! Donna
